2014-2016 - Methods for employee participation in product innovation. The aim of the two year project is to develop and test methods to plan and execute product innovation by involving employees from the manufacturing process.

2007-2011 - PhD project: Socio-technical, organizational and political dimensions of idea work in a mature industrial R&D setting.  The project was conducted in collaboration with Grundfos Management A/S. Focus in the project was on the early phases of the innovation process in particular engineers work with ideas.
